Position:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join our telephone team. This is a hybrid role, providing the flexibility to work from home or at our Dartford, Croydon, or Weybridge showrooms.

About You:

As a Customer Service Executive, you will work closely with our Sales Department, handling inbound customer inquiries while upholding the high standards expected of the Hedin Group and the prestigious Mercedes-Benz brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Provide information on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to schedule showroom visits and test drives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales-related role is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry, especially Mercedes-Benz cars.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

About the role (Overview):


  • 40hrs per week
  • Mon - Fri between 8am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 5pm & Sun 11am - 5pm
  • Handling customer enquiries, creating a great experience and promoting customer showroom appointments and test drives.
